Hey, I’m Mrinalini.

I’ve always been drawn to questions that don’t have easy answers — questions about truth, identity, love, and what it really means to live from within.

Growing up, I often felt like I didn’t quite fit in. I was sensitive, perceptive, and spoke honestly — qualities that weren’t always welcomed. Over time, like many of us, I learnt to soften myself, to be agreeable, to apologise quickly, and to prioritise belonging over authenticity. What I didn’t realise then was that this slow disconnection from my inner voice would shape much of my early adult life.

In my twenties, this disconnection showed up as people-pleasing, blurred boundaries, emotional exhaustion, and a deep sense of confusion about who I really was beneath the roles I was playing. Although I appeared functional on the outside, something within felt fragmented and unsteady.

A series of personal challenges in my mid-twenties brought me to a turning point — one that forced me to pause and look inward with honesty. The question that kept arising was simple, yet unsettling:
“Why am I living so far away from myself?”

That inquiry marked the beginning of a deeper journey into self-awareness.

MY PATH

I was originally trained in law, but it became clear that this path no longer aligned with who I was becoming. With the support of my family, I chose to step away and spend time exploring my inner world more consciously.

Over the years, I immersed myself in self-inquiry, emotional healing, and embodiment-based practices. I trained in modalities such as:

  • Inner Child & Shadow Work

  • Somatic healing practices

  • Hypnotherapy / Regression Therapy

  • Tarot as a reflective and intuitive tool

Alongside therapeutic work, my spiritual inquiry deepened naturally. Teachings rooted in non-duality and self-inquiry helped me see that healing is not about fixing oneself, but about meeting oneself honestly — with awareness, compassion, and presence.

This integration of psychological work and spiritual understanding now forms the foundation of how I work with others.

HOW I WORK

I don’t believe in rushing healing, forcing awakening, or bypassing emotional reality in the name of spirituality.

My work is grounded, relational, and intuitive. I create a safe and supportive space where you can:

  • listen to your inner world without judgement

  • understand emotional and behavioural patterns

  • gently reconnect with parts of yourself that were suppressed or abandoned

  • explore spiritual questions in a way that feels embodied and real

You do not need to be “spiritually awakened” to work with me.
You only need a willingness to be honest with yourself.

Some people come to me during periods of emotional overwhelm or life transitions. Others arrive with quiet inner questions that don’t fit neatly into therapy or spirituality. Many are simply tired of performing versions of themselves that no longer feel true.

A NOTE ON THIS WORK

Inner work asks for courage. It requires slowing down, questioning familiar identities, and learning to trust your own inner guidance again. It’s not always comfortable — but it is deeply clarifying.

I don’t position myself as a guru or authority over your life. I walk beside you — offering reflection, structure, and support — while you reconnect with your own inner knowing.

If my journey resonates with you, and something in you feels called to explore more deeply, you’re welcome here.
